Tanita joined Klipboard (then known as Kerridge Commercial Systems) in 2017 and has since progressed through senior leadership roles, including Financial Director and most recently Commercial Director. During this time, she has been instrumental in strengthening the organisation’s financial and operational foundations while shaping and executing its commercial strategy across Africa. With experience spanning ERP, financial systems, and operational technology solutions, Tanita has played a key role in positioning Klipboard as a trusted partner to businesses navigating growth, complexity, and digital transformation.

She has also led multiple acquisitions across Europe and Africa, overseeing the full lifecycle from strategic evaluation and due diligence through to integration. Her leadership is defined by a consistent focus on driving commercial performance while building scalable, customer-centric operations, enabling organisations to operate more efficiently and compete more effectively.

As businesses across Africa accelerate their adoption of technology to remain competitive, Tanita’s appointment signals Klipboard’s commitment to locally relevant, globally aligned leadership and to building a business that reflects both the markets it serves and the future of the technology industry.

Tanita’s appointment reflects both her capability and the strength of leadership we continue to build across the business. She brings a rare combination of financial discipline, commercial insight, and operational leadership, together with a deep understanding of our customers and markets. Her progression within Klipboard also speaks to the importance of developing leadership from within, and to ensuring that our leadership teams reflect the diversity, ambition, and complexity of the regions in which we operate.”

Ian Bendelow, Chief Executive Officer of Klipboard

Having grown within Klipboard, I’ve had the opportunity to understand our customers, our markets, and what it takes to build a business that delivers real value. Across Africa, businesses are increasingly looking to technology not just to support operations, but to scale, adapt, and compete more effectively. My focus will be on ensuring we continue to deliver solutions that are practical, scalable, and aligned to the realities of the markets we serve.”

Tanita’s appointment forms part of a planned leadership transition, with outgoing Managing Director Giuseppe Martini stepping down as he moves into retirement after leading the business through a period of sustained growth and expansion.

This transition reinforces Klipboard’s ongoing focus on innovation, regional growth, and building high-performing teams capable of delivering long-term value across Africa’s evolving technology landscape.
