Klipboard Appoints Ellen Furru as CEO for EMEA

Hungerford, 26 October 2026 - Klipboard, the global provider of industry-specific business management software, has appointed Ellen Furru as CEO for EMEA, effective 5 October 2026.

Ellen will play a key role within Klipboard’s senior executive leadership team. She will lead the continued growth of Klipboard’s operations across the UK, Nordics, Europe, and Africa, plus Australia and New Zealand, building on the company’s strong regional presence. Klipboard serves more than 40,000 EMEA customers in the distribution, manufacturing, retail sectors providing comprehensive vertical specific software solutions.

Ellen brings extensive leadership experience in IT and software, with a proven track record of scaling businesses, integrating acquisitions and building high-performing teams across Europe. She spent much of her career at Visma, most recently as COO, where she held a broad range of roles spanning sales, research and development, and international expansion. Having consistently operated at the intersection of commercial growth and operational excellence, Ellen is known for her ability to build trust, drive performance and bring out the best in the teams around her.
