One inspiring example comes from our teams in South Africa, where colleagues across Durban, Cape Town, and Johannesburg proudly support the Reach For A Dream Foundation through its annual Slipper Day campaign each May.
For them, it’s more than just a fun day to wear slippers to the office. It’s a moment to step into something bigger – helping bring hope, courage, and joy to children living with life-threatening illnesses.
The Reach For A Dream Foundation has been fulfilling dreams for seriously ill children in South Africa since 1988. Whether it’s meeting a hero, flying in a plane, or receiving a long-hoped-for gift, these dreams give children the strength to face their daily challenges with renewed courage.
Many of our Klipboard colleagues in South Africa have been personally touched by this mission, as teammates, as parents, and as people who care deeply about giving back. That’s why this cause remains close to their hearts and firmly rooted in the culture of our business there.

Each year, the South African teams come together to support Slipper Day in a big way – donning slippers and purchasing stickers to back a truly worthy cause. This year, they proudly rallied behind the message: Do It For The Dreamers!
From showing up to work in slippers to spreading the word on social media, their passion shines through in heartfelt and creative ways.
While this initiative takes place in another region, it speaks to a shared value we hold across Klipboard globally: compassion, community, and courage. Supporting initiatives like Reach For A Dream reminds us of the importance of showing care, standing together, and helping others dream big, no matter where we are.
We’re proud of our South African colleagues for the incredible work they do and look forward to sharing more stories of how Klipboard teams worldwide are making a difference.
