Klipboard Unveils Autowork Shop Management Software at SEMA 2026

CARY, N.C., October 2026 – Klipboard, the industry-specific business software company, unveiled Autowork, a new cloud-based shop management platform built for independent automotive repair shops, service centers and tire businesses. Attendees can see Autowork in action at booth #11109 at the 2026 SEMA Show, taking place Nov. 3-6 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

Klipboard already has an established presence across the automotive aftermarket, supporting businesses with software designed around the way the industry works. Its enterprise platform, Autowork One, powers some of North America's largest tire and service networks. Autowork builds on that experience with a new platform created using modern technology and application design, together with Klipboard's understanding of the day-to-day demands of running a profitable automotive service business.

Autowork brings appointments, jobs, customers, vehicles, parts, inventory, tires and invoicing together in one platform. The parts catalog is built into Autowork itself, alongside tire lookup, quoting and fitted pricing, rather than accessed through a third-party tool, so fitment and pricing stay in one place.

Artificial intelligence is embedded into the system to make everyday tasks easier. Autowork's AI-assisted scheduling capability helps identify suitable appointment opportunities without manually working through the shop schedule, with more AI capabilities planned as the platform develops.

SEMA is where the industry comes to see what's next, and we're excited to give shops a first look at Autowork. This is a platform built specifically for the realities of running an independent repair shop, and we think it's going to change how shops think about their day-to-day operations."

- Dean Petrone, CEO - Americas at Klipboard

Alongside Autowork, Klipboard will showcase Autowork One, its enterprise shop management platform for tire and service networks, and Klipboard DVI, its digital vehicle inspection solution. Visitors can also learn about connected eCommerce, payments, business intelligence, cloud and mobile capabilities designed to support automotive businesses as their needs grow.

Petrone added: "What you'll see at our booth isn't just one product. It's a connected approach; whether you're a single shop with Autowork or a multi-location network on Autowork One, Klipboard has a path that fits where your business is today and where it's headed."

Autowork is designed for independent, single-location automotive repair shops, service centers and tire businesses looking for one connected way to run the day-to-day business.

2026 SEMA Show attendees can find Klipboard at booth #11109, Nov. 3-6 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas.
