Meet the Klipboard leadership team

Ian is CEO of Klipboard and has led our strategy and growth for over 15 years. Ian has 30 years of experience in IT and enterprise resource planning solutions and over 25 years working with the company's portfolio of solutions, services and clients. His career developed from customer-facing roles in support, training and consultancy to executive positions in sales, international business development and other commercial functions.

Mike joined Klipboard as CFO in February 2024, and has over 25 years of experience in finance and leadership roles within Global businesses. Mike has worked in the software and IT sector for the last 15 years, most recently as COO for a division of Cisco and before that as Group CFO of IMImobile PLC. Mike has also worked for Star Trac Inc, a US based manufacturer and distributor of commercial fitness equipment and before that for the Whirlpool Corporation.

James has 28 years of experience in IT and software solutions. James’ career developed from technical roles in R&D and product management through to customer-facing roles in support, project management, professional services, consultancy and sales. James has also previously been Managing Director of a software business with responsibility for Europe and Latin America. James has a BSc (Hons) in Business and Computer Science, an Executive MBA from Cranfield University Business School, and he is a member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology and a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.

Carolyn Adams serves as the Chief People Officer at Klipboard. Carolyn drives the human capital strategy in this role, including culture & engagement, talent acquisition & development and reward. Prior to joining Klipboard in 2014, she held leadership positions in financial and software organisations. Carolyn holds a Business Management/Accounting degree, is a certified Global and Senior Professional in Human Resources (GPHR & SPHR) and is certified with the University of Oxford Saïd Business School Executive Leadership Programme.

Dean brings over 30 years of extensive experience spanning from hands-on manufacturing floor expertise to strategic enterprise planning solutions and services across diverse industry verticals. Early in his career, Dean demonstrated his entrepreneurial acumen by spearheading the growth of two thriving boutique services organizations, both of which culminated in successful outcomes. He then transitioned into pivotal leadership roles at GE, EY, and Infor, where he honed his skills and developed a deep understanding of organizational dynamics. Within Klipboard, Dean plays a crucial role in shaping the company's trajectory for organic growth and future acquisitions. His strategic foresight and unwavering commitment to excellence are instrumental in driving success in North America and pivotal in cementing Klipboard’s position as a prominent player in the industry.

DJ brings his rich experience in ERP, SaaS, FinTech, and AI to revolutionise our technology and product offerings. With an impressive history in leading large-scale product development, particularly in accounting software, professional service automation (PSA) and ERP suites, DJ is directly aligned with the needs of Klipboard's diverse client base. As Global Vice President of Product at Sage Group PLC and Head of Productivity Products at IRIS Software Group, DJ has spearheaded transformative projects like 'IRIS Elements' and 'Sage for Accountants', demonstrating his ability to drive innovation and growth. At Klipboard, DJ is dedicated to driving our technological vision and product strategy, ensuring that our solutions meet and exceed the evolving needs of our global clientele within the distribution, rental and automotive industries. His role is pivotal in developing cutting-edge technology and products that empower businesses to achieve greater efficiency and profitability.

David joined Klipboard to lead the global marketing operation in 2025. He brings extensive experience in growing, transforming and managing international marketing teams for a range of SaaS software and AI companies. He was responsible for creating the global ERP company brand Unit4 out of 40 separate brands, and for launching SaaS start-up FinancialForce. At cloud software vendor Netsuite he grew the marketing team from 4 people in the UK to a team of 30 across 11 countries. French AI fintech Sidetrade hired David to build an international marketing team and help the company scale globally. He then joined IRIS Software to drive digital transformation across their marketing operations. David moved into technology marketing after an early career in science and technology journalism, and never looked back! He is an out-of-practice jazz drummer, a horse rider, owns far too many dogs and runs a small farm.

Chris joined Klipboard in September 2025 and leads the Support, Cloud Hosting, Professional Services, and Client Success teams. With over 20 years of leadership experience across support, cloud and on‑premises operations, service implementation, supply chain management, and customer success for global businesses, Chris has held senior positions at Cisco and Hitachi Capital. Most recently, he led the global Client Services and Operations functions for Cisco’s Webex Contact Centre, AI Agent, and Digital Messaging division. Passionate about developing talent and investing in people, Chris has also volunteered as an RAF reservist officer with the RAF Air Cadets for more than 25 years. In this role, he has held county leadership positions and delivered hands‑on instruction in leadership, climbing, and gliding.

Tanita leads the Klipboard business across South Africa and the wider Sub Saharan African region. Tanita joined the business in 2017 and has held senior roles including Financial Director and Commercial Director. She has been instrumental in strengthening financial and operational foundations, shaping commercial strategy, and leading acquisitions across Africa and Europe. With experience spanning ERP, financial systems, and operational technology solutions, Tanita has played a key role in positioning Klipboard as a trusted partner to businesses navigating growth, complexity, and digital transformation.

Graham has been involved in the rental industry since 1987, working in equipment rental companies for 13 years before being drawn to IT software solutions and joining the leading rental software provider in 2000. His career developed from project management to operations director, then moving to sales director before becoming the MD for the rental software business. Based in the UK but with responsibility for global rental solutions, Graham has successfully driven global growth in the UK, Netherlands & Europe as well as Australia and the USA. With a passion for all that is rental, Graham sees his role as ensuring we continue to deliver market-leading solutions and services to equipment rental customers to keep them one step ahead.

Wayne Fraser is Klipboard’s visionary technology leader with over 20 years of experience in FTSE100 and private equity-backed software businesses. He brings expertise in data intelligence and AI, driving product innovation and growth, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration, with a data intelligence mindset, his focus will help us evolve our Digital Engagement across our systems landscape and drive our execution with AI. Wayne will also enable us to accelerate our execution of M&A integration.

Marc leads the Klipboard North American Sales groups with a results-driven approach and a passion for building strong client relationships. His leadership fosters a high-performance sales culture focused on delivering value and long-term success. Marc brings over 20 years of experience in sales, business management and technology solutions to the role. In addition, he has built a strong foundation in team strategizing through his background as a sales coach and mentor.

Natalie joined Klipboard in April 2026 as North America COO, bringing a passion for building high-performing business operations and implementing transformative technologies that drive enterprise-wide change and market impact. She spent more than a decade at Koch Industries, with roles across Infor, Georgia-Pacific, INVISTA, Koch Disruptive Technologies, and more recently at Trackonomy, a Silicon Valley logistics startup backed by Koch. At each, she helped launch and scale innovative solutions by aligning teams to strategy, operations, and execution. Her functional experience spans R&D, market strategy, sales, business development, and finance, giving her a unique, end-to-end perspective from concept through commercialization.
