Klipboard, a leading provider of smart business management solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mike Gadd as its new VP of Enterprise Sales in Europe. Mike brings over 30 years of international experience in scaling operations and building high-performing teams across multiple industries and geographies.

Mike’s appointment marks a significant milestone for Klipboard as the company accelerates its mission to empower businesses in the Distribution and Automotive sectors through smarter, more connected software solutions. With a proven track record across technology, software, automotive, manufacturing and financial services, Mike brings deep expertise in business transformation, mergers and acquisitions and operational excellence.

Prior to joining Klipboard, Mike served as Managing Director (UK) at Volaris Group, where he led the successful acquisition and integration of Lightbulb Analytics, a leading telematics company. Under his leadership, the group portfolio, including AssetWorks Fleet Solutions and Lightbulb Analytics, achieved +54.7% organic growth, 41% EBITDA, and a Core Ratio of 53% in 2025, all surpassing targets.

Mike has held senior leadership roles across the UK, Europe, Middle East, South Africa, North America and Asia Pacific. His global perspective and hands-on leadership style have earned him a reputation for unlocking new markets and driving revenue growth.
