Pay by Link lets you request payment by sending customers a secure payment link by email or text message. They pay online by card or Pay by Bank from anywhere, making it ideal for phone payments, field service and invoice payments with no card terminal required. What sets Klipboard Money Pay by Link apart is native ERP integration: once the link is paid, the payment is automatically posted back to your ERP, with no manual reconciliation.

Payments made via Klipboard Money are normally settled to your bank account within two business days (for example, a payment taken on Monday settles by Wednesday) with an option of next business day settlement. Settlement is net of processing fees, so there is no separate invoice to reconcile, and every payout is broken down in full in your Klipboard Money Portal.

Yes. Klipboard Money meets PCI-DSS compliance standards, and no card data is ever stored by Klipboard because all processing runs on PCI-DSS Level 1 certified infrastructure. Card-not-present transactions such as phone and online payments use 3D Secure (3DS) authentication to verify customers and protect your business against fraud and chargebacks.
