Klipboard appoints Stephen O’Shanassy as General Manager for Australasia

Based in Brisbane, Stephen will play a key role in delivering Klipboard’s next phase of growth, with a strong focus on enhancing customer experience through the company's latest product innovations.

Klipboard currently operates offices in Perth and Brisbane, with dedicated teams driving our rental services. With Stephen’s appointment, we are expanding not only our Rental offering but also strengthening our presence across key areas including Distribution, Field Service Management, Automotive, Transport Logistics and Klipboard Money.

Australasia has been a key market for Klipboard for 15+ years and we’re now looking to deepen our presence further. As a £220 million software company operating across the globe, we’re committed to bringing the full strength of our Rental, Field Service Management, ERP and Transport Management offerings to the Australasia region. This expansion reflects both our confidence in the market and our ambition to support even more businesses across sectors such as Construction, Automotive, Manufacturing and Event Management.

Stephen brings over 25+ years of executive leadership experience across the technology, infrastructure and services sectors. He is widely respected for driving transformation, operational excellence and sustained commercial growth.

Most recently, Stephen served as Managing Director of a leading regional broadband provider, where over a five-year tenure he successfully doubled the customer base and revenue, led significant M&A activity and built a high-performing leadership team. Prior to that, he spent over a decade with a market-leading software company in the geospatial sector, holding senior roles across Professional Services and Business Development. During this time, he delivered award-winning sales performance, secured major government contracts and scaled a highly profitable services division.
