Automotive technology specialist will give Irish garages their first look at its brand-new garage management platform, alongside Autopart and its wider range of connected automotive solutions.‍

Hungerford, UK, September 2026 – Klipboard, the industry specific business software company, will showcase its brand-new, AI-native Autowork garage management platform at Auto Trade EXPO 2026, giving automotive businesses the opportunity to see the new system in action.

Taking place at RDS Simmons court, Dublin on 10 – 11 October, Auto Trade EXPO brings together garages, workshops, tyre centres, motor factors, parts businesses and suppliers from across the Irish automotive aftermarket.

Autowork will take centre stage on the Klipboard stand, following its launch on 1 October.

A smarter way to run your whole garage

Designed for independent and multi-site garages, service and repair workshops, service centres and tyre businesses, Autowork brings more of the everyday operation together in one cloud-based platform.

From bookings, jobs and technician allocation to customers, vehicles, parts, stock, tyres and invoicing, Autowork gives automotive businesses one place to manage more of the work involved in running a busy garage.

Autowork is AI-native, with AI built into the core of the platform and its workflows rather than added as a separate feature. The focus is firmly on practical applications that make everyday jobs quicker and easier. Autowork's AI-assisted booking capability helps users identify suitable booking opportunities without manually working through the workshop diary, demonstrating how Klipboard is putting AI to work on real automotive processes.

Visitors to Auto Trade EXPO will be able to see Autowork in action and speak directly with the Klipboard team about how the new platform can support their business.

Connected to more from Klipboard

Autowork has also been designed to give businesses more options as their requirements grow. Its connection to Klipboard's wider range of automotive solutions means garages can start with the capabilities they need today and add connected solutions for websites, eCommerce, payments and more when they need them.

Rather than having to piece together technology from different providers as their requirements change, businesses have a straight forward route to extend what they can do through Klipboard.

This wider automotive ecosystem will be an important part of Klipboard's presence at Auto Trade EXPO, demonstrating how technology can support businesses not just in the workshop, but across more of the customer journey.

Autopart supporting the automotive aftermarket

Klipboard will also be showcasing Autopart, its business management software for automotive parts distributors and motor factors.

Autopart helps parts businesses manage key processes including sales, stock, purchasing, pricing and customer activity, bringing greater control and visibility today-to-day operations.

Alongside Autowork, it reflects Klipboard's longstanding experience across the automotive aftermarket and its continued investment in technology for both the businesses supplying parts and the garages and workshops fitting them.

Putting AI to work in automotive

AI will be another key theme for Klipboard at this year's event.

Rather than adding AI for its own sake, Klipboard is focused on practical applications that can reduce manual work, make everyday processes easier and help automotive teams work more effectively.

Visitors will be able to learn more about Klipboard's approach to AI and see how intelligent capabilities are beginning to support real-world automotive workflows.

James Mitchell, CEO UK&I, at Klipboard said:

Auto Trade EXPO is a fantastic opportunity to meet businesses from across the automotive aftermarket, and this year we're particularly excited to be bringing the new Autowork with us."‍
Garages don't need more technology for the sake of it. They need technology that makes running the business easier. That's what we've set out to achieve with Autowork: bringing more of the everyday operation together, putting AI to work on practical tasks and giving businesses the flexibility to connect more capabilities as their requirements grow."
Alongside Autopart and ourwider automotive offering, we're looking forward to showing visitors how Klipboard is continuing to invest in technology built around the needs of the automotive aftermarket.”
